You would think a serial entrepreneur with 10 years of experience in software would have all the answers. For Eugene Woo, chief executive of Venngage, working with the JOLT program proved he had more to learn when it came to putting his product on the map.
A year ago, Mr. Woo had the idea infographics would be the next big thing. But what he ended up producing didn’tstart out as a business play. “I actually started out a year ago with a completely different concept,” he said. That idea was to complement resumés by converting LinkedIn profile information into a graphic display that could tell a person’s entire work story on a single page.
