Workshops & Speakers
Throughout the program, you'll be participating in tailored discussions with industry and subject matter experts that uncover new ideas and approaches to commercializing mobile, social and global enterprises.
MONTH 1: "The Direction"
The Focus: customer development – building the right product for the right market.
Key Activities: TONS of mentors & customer meetings. Branding. UX/UI & product development.
MONTH 2: "Execute Like Mad"
The Focus: refining business model, cost-effective customer acquisition & distribution.
Key Activities: brand building, BD, marketing, communications & monetization.
MONTH 3: "Path to Profitability"
The Focus: data – defining and measuring customer driven metrics.
Key Activities: determining cost structures, refining pricing, financing strategy.
MONTH 4: "The Pitch"
The Focus: preparing startups for investor events & our Demo Day.

Demo Day
All JOLT startup companies will participate in a Demo Day, held at the end of the 16-week program, where they pitch their company to a room full of potential investors, industry partners and key members of the technology community.
